1. Who can be the basic member of VCB2B.com ?
• Any company is welcome to join Basic member. Company should:
  provide all information that is true and complete.
2. Who can be the gold member of VCB2B.com ?
• Company can be our Gold member by paying an annual/month fee. Gold membership needs to extend annually/monthly, otherwise, the membership will be downgraded to Basic member. Company should:
  provide all information that is true and complete.
3. Who can be the Platinum member of VCB2B.com ?
• Company can be our Platinum member by paying an annual/month fee. Platinum membership needs to extend annually/monthly, otherwise, the membership will be downgraded to Basic member. Company should:
  provide all information that is true and complete.

Create Video Conference Room

1. Who can create a video conference room ?
   • Only the registered user (Basic member, Gold member and Platinum member) can create video conference room.
2. How to create a video conference room ?
   • Step 1: Type the member ID and password to login the website.
   • Step 2: After login process, website will redirect to your member area, and click the “Create Video Conference” button to create a new video conference room.
   • Step3: After pop-up window opened, please input the Room name, the company_id of the attendees and the passkey.
     (Passkey is used for the attendee who is not registered user; please remember the passkey and it wouldn’t show out anymore.)
   • Step4: The video conference room has been created. All the information of your video conference room has been show out.
     If you want to start the video conference immediately, please click “Enter room” button.
     If you want to cannel the video conference immediately, please click “Close room” button.
     If you want to start the video conference later, don’t click the close room button, just close the pop-up window.
